At Our Historic Victorian-Style Wedding Venue in North Texas
With 3500 square feet of dedicated space, NobleTree Manor is the perfect, all-in-one location for your wedding, reception, and honeymoon. Situated just off the square in historic Sherman, Texas, NobleTree Manor is a fully-restored, Victorian-style home that’s specifically designed for grand events and entertainment. The open-layout lower level, with chestnut floors, crystal chandeliers, a walk-up bar, and numerous guest table and chair configurations, can accommodate parties of up to 50 to wine, dine, or dance the night away. There’s also a fully-equipped warming kitchen with vendor access from the back. Upstairs, the Bridal Suite, family room, and 2 additional bedrooms await, with each room uniquely designed and appointed in a warm, modern interpretation of the Victorian style. Outside you’ll find lighted, wrap-around porches, recovered, red brick walkways, and professionally landscaped grounds – designed with loads of colorful native flora, for those perfect wedding photo backgrounds. Multiple entryways open to the outside areas, providing open-air event opportunities, when the weather is mild in the Spring and Fall.
In the Spring of 2021, our newly-renovated guest house is available for rent by wedding parties and their guests. Designed to complement its Victorian and Craftsman roots, home boasts 3,500 square feet of living area and will accommodate up to 10 guests with day-bed configurations added. A gorgeous bridal suite is available to the wedding couple, allowing them to mingle with family and friends until the end of their reception, yet have a luxurious bed to fall into just upstairs from the reception. Remaining guest rooms can be rented for the bridal party or out-of-town family and friends, allowing them a cozy, private alternative to a stay in a distant chain hotel.
Weddings are special days, and we feel they should be magical. Have your elegant, yet affordable, Wedding at NobleTree Manor, where we blend Texas chic with Victorian charm.

What is your vendor policy?
Is there an onsite manager?
What is your policy on alcohol?
What do I need to provide?
You (or your caterer) will need to provide your own service ware: plates, cups (if you choose to have additional options outside of the water and wine glasses), napkins, serving pieces, etc. BE SURE you ask your caterer if they will provide forks for the cake; if not, you will need to bring these.
You will provide your own décor items; it’s a good idea to have a designated person to supervise and coordinate the decorating. You may use candles, but fire code requires there be 3” of glass above the top of the flame.
You are responsible for contracting directly with the vendors and providing the appropriate waivers/releases, food certifications and proof of liability insurance (this is standard in the industry and you should not have any issues obtaining this paperwork from the vendors). NobleTree Manor – Victorian Wedding Venue will complete a Wedding Day info sheet that will include contact information for your vendors as a courtesy to you, in the event one needs to be called the day of the event. We are not responsible for making any arrangements or contact with your chosen vendors.
How are payments handled?
Contract payments may be made by cash, check or credit card. A $500 security deposit is required on a credit card 3 days prior to the event and is fully refundable upon satisfactory inspection of the facility and grounds. You will be billed for any cost of damages incurred above the deposit amount.
